PZ Cussons Limited has listed an additional 140,000,000 ordinary shares on the Exchange’s First Official List as a result of the bonus share issue. The bonus share issue was in the ratio of five (5) new shares for one (1) share held. This brings the total number of shares to 168,000,000 with a stated capital of GH¢2,160,000. |
